Climate Beneficial™
Wool

Soil is Earth’s second skin.
Fibers are our second skin.

Fibers that heal in the most luxurious manner.

The Climate Beneficial™ Fiber Pool offers manufacturers the opportunity to work directly with the ranches that are responsible for the fibers.

Transparency in sourcing means that there is a clear view to the ethical treatment of the sheep.
The collective of ranches that make up our Fiber Pool honor customized Carbon Farm plans that detail how the animals are treated. Carbon Farm plans also ensure that the ranches are maximizing their land to be healthy, productive and resilient while achieving quantifiable benefits toward
greenhouse gas sequestration and climate change mitigation.

The health of the fibers speaks to the health of the flock.
Like any agrarian product, the land informs the crop, and the healthy ‘terroir’ that these sheep are raised upon creates a luxurious woolen fiber that is distinguishable and coveted.

Manageable minimums, lead times & a team of experts,
if you need guidance, to help develop your product.

Wool is warmth & moisture-regulating,
which means wool will keep us
warm in the cooler months and
cooler in the warmer months.

Wool absorbs up to one third
of its own weight
in moisture and depending on external conditions, is able to return it to the environment. Synthetic fibers, even natural ones like cotton, cannot do that.

Wool takes the moisture
& wicks it away
;
thus bacteria cannot settle as easily which means your clothes will not develop unpleasant odors.

Wool comes in a range
of natural colors,
but also takes color beautifully.
